1964 IMP MkI
The 64 Mk I IMP in Queensland
I cleaned up the Mk I, replaced the door and window rubbers and some of the chrome. It is very original so I
got a pneumatic throttle set up from Tim
Haynes and a new automatic-choke carby from Speedy Spares to replace the manual choke conversion that
had been put in. It will stay as original as possible.
I got it registered as 64 MKI and according to the
Imp Register,
it's about the third oldest Imp on the road in Austalia.
Body no P1227
