Ron gets the Mark I


The GT seemed to be in the best condition all round, so Debbie got to drive that. It was distinguished by having a heater and radio too! The Mk II seemed the most ropey, with a sticky clutch and fairly tatty control switches and so on so I took that one. The Mk I seemed to be in quite fair nick but had a fairly sloppy gearchange and was fiddly to start with its non-standard (and very stiff) manual choke and cable throttle conversion, so Ron got it.
